About MediaPuller

MediaPuller is an online media tool designed to make it easier to work with publicly available videos, audio, images, and Stories from supported online platforms.

The Service provides a simple browser-based workflow. Users submit a direct media link, username, or supported profile address, and MediaPuller attempts to identify the media and viewing options currently available for that request.

No complicated software installation is required. MediaPuller can be used from modern desktop and mobile browsers.

What MediaPuller Does

MediaPuller provides tools for several common media-related tasks:

The exact result depends on the original platform, the submitted link, the availability of the content, the media formats provided by the source, and any technical or access restrictions applied by that platform.

MediaPuller cannot guarantee that every link, account, video, image, audio file, Story, format, or quality option will be available.

How the Service Works

For a typical download request, the user copies a direct link from the original media page and submits it to MediaPuller.

The Service analyses the submitted link and attempts to return the media information and file options available for that source. In many cases, the final file is delivered directly by the original platform or its content-delivery network.

Some features may temporarily use server-side processing, streaming, caching, APIs, or intermediary services where technically necessary. MediaPuller does not operate as a permanent public archive of downloaded media.

Direct links to individual videos, posts, clips, audio pages, or images normally provide better results than links to profiles, search pages, feeds, categories, or login pages.

Anonymous Story Viewing

MediaPuller provides story-viewer functionality for selected social platforms.

The term "anonymous" means that visitors are not required to sign in with or connect their own social-media account through MediaPuller when submitting a supported public profile or username.

It does not guarantee complete anonymity in every technical or legal sense. Source platforms, content-delivery networks, hosting providers, analytics services, and other third parties may still process technical information when a request or media resource is delivered.

MediaPuller does not unlock private profiles, bypass audience settings, restore deleted Stories, or provide access to expired or otherwise restricted content.

Publicly Available Content

MediaPuller is intended to work with content that is normally available through the relevant source platform.

The Service is not designed to bypass:

MediaPuller does not require a public consumer account for its standard downloader and story-viewer tools.

The Service may process submitted links, usernames, public metadata, technical request information, analytics information, and limited operational records as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve its functionality.

Most downloader requests do not require MediaPuller to permanently store the downloaded media file. Some submitted links and associated public metadata may be retained to create or maintain publicly accessible result pages.

It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, or officially connected to YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram, Threads, X, Reddit, Pinterest, SoundCloud, Twitch, or any other supported platform.

All platform names, logos, service marks, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their use on MediaPuller is limited to identifying compatibility, supported sources, or the origin of media.

A Service That Continues to Evolve

Online platforms regularly change their websites, APIs, media formats, security measures, and access rules.

MediaPuller is continuously maintained to improve reliability, add useful functionality, and adapt to reasonable technical changes. However, support for a platform or feature may be changed, restricted, temporarily suspended, or discontinued when required by technical, legal, security, or operational considerations.
