Step 1. Open the public Threads post that contains the video, image or GIF you want to save. Do not copy the link to the creator profile or to the Threads home feed.
Step 2. Copy the full post URL from the address bar or from the Share menu. A direct link normally includes both the account name and /post/ in its address.
Step 3. Paste the URL into MediaPuller and click Go. When processing is complete, choose the file you want to save.
